The 22x58mm 500V 63A Cylindrical Fuse Link is engineered for comprehensive overload and short-circuit protection in low-voltage industrial distribution systems, motor control centers (MCC), and switchgears. Operating under the gG/gL utilization category for full-range line protection, this fuse link combined with a high-strength ceramic body and precision-engineered element delivers exceptional current-limiting performance and an ultra-high breaking capacity up to 120kA. 

Dual-Element Precise Melting Grid: The internal fuse element is made of 99.99% pure silver ribbons with precisely calibrated M-effect (Meidinger effect) solder dots. This configuration ensures accurate time-current characteristics, low power dissipation, and prevents false aging under continuous 63A industrial loads.
Reinforced Alumina Ceramic Body: Utilizing premium C795 ceramic material with a tensile strength of 220 MPa or higher, providing superior thermal shock resistance to withstand the extreme localized pressures generated during a 120kA short-circuit fault interruption.
Controlled Grain-Size Quartz Sand: Filled with high-purity crystalline quartz sand (99.7% SiO2 or higher), chemically washed and oven-dried. Automatic vibration compacting ensures zero air pockets, enabling rapid arc extinction within milliseconds and preventing external case shattering.
Low-Loss Nickel-Plated End Caps: Heavy-duty T2 copper end caps with 5um nickel plating provide excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Contact resistance is maintained at less than 0.15 mOhm, ensuring temperature rise remains well below the 65K limit specified by IEC 60269.
