The 10x38mm Solar PV Cylindrical Fuse is engineered specifically for overcurrent and short-circuit protection in photovoltaic (PV) strings, combiner boxes, inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Rated up to 1500V DC, this gPV class fuse utilizes a high-purity silver element and a reinforced ceramic body to deliver precise current limiting and reliable fault isolation under extreme outdoor environments. 

Pure Silver Fuse Element (99.99% Ag): Laser-stamped silver ribbons ensure ultra-precise I2t melting characteristics and minimal power dissipation, preventing false tripping caused by cyclic temperature swings.
C795 Alumina Ceramic Tube: Features superior thermal shock resistance and a tensile strength of 200 MPa or higher, ensuring no body fracturing during high-energy 30kA short-circuit interruptions.
High-Purity Quartz Sand Filler (Minimum 99.5% SiO2): Processed via automatic grain-size distribution filling and compacted to optimize arc-quenching speed and prevent internal flashovers.
Anti-Corrosion Cap Contact: Silver-plated copper caps provide contact resistance of less than 0.2 mOhm, effectively reducing temperature rise (Delta T less than or equal to 45K at In) in sealed combiner boxes.
