Designed specifically for bolt-on square body gPV fuse links, this holder ensures reliable electrical isolation, arc containment, and low-loss contact performance under continuous high-current loads up to 630A.

Industrial-Grade Thermoset Insulation: The housing is molded from bulk molding compound (BMC/DMC) thermoset polymer. Unlike standard thermoplastics, it does not melt or deform even under extreme temperatures up to +125 Degree C, providing a Comparative Tracking Index (CTI >= 600V) for maximum safety against high-voltage DC tracking.
Engineered for Low Temperature Rise: Featuring reinforced T2 copper contacts coated with a >= 5-micron silver layer, the contact resistance is restricted to <= 0.2 mOhms. This ultra-low resistance minimizes power dissipation (W) and prevents thermal runaway at maximum 630A continuous duty.
Anti-Vibration Bolt-On Architecture: Designed with heavy mechanical torque tolerances to withstand intense vibration in centralized inverter stations and rugged outdoor solar farms. The solid bolt fixation guarantees consistent, long-term contact pressure.
