The Bolt Square Type DAP Rapid Fuse is engineered for ultra-fast, millisecond-level short-circuit isolation in high-capacity power electronics. This premium series integrates 99.99% pure silver elements with a hybridized housing composed of High-Density DAP (Diallyl Phthalate) engineering polymers and high-strength ceramics.  

DAP Hybrid Insulation Technology: The inclusion of molded Diallyl Phthalate (DAP) provides a continuous temperature resistance up to 180度, an arc resistance exceeding 130 seconds, and zero moisture absorption (less than 0.05%). This prevents dielectric tracking under high-humidity industrial environments.

Pure Silver Element Matrix: Precision-etched 99.99% pure silver ribbons reduce total internal resistance. Power dissipation is strictly limited (for example, less than 380W at full 3000A load), lowering the overall operating temperature of your switchgear panel.

Controlled Arc Extinguishment: Utilizing ultra-pure, vibrated quartz sand matrixes, the fuse quickly absorbs energy during element vaporization, establishing a high-resistance path that extinguishes heavy short-circuit currents in less than 2.5 milliseconds.

Engineered Current Limitation: Restricts the peak prospective fault current to a fraction of its value, protecting downstream high-value power modules from mechanical distortion and thermal destruction.
