Pure Silver Elements (99.99 percent Ag): Precision stamped silver ribbons feature specific neck design profiles to ensure accurate I2t melting characteristics, reducing power dissipation by 15 percent compared to alloy elements.
C799 Ceramic Body: Extruded high-density alumina ceramic provides an insulation resistance greater than 100 MOhm and superior thermal shock resistance, preventing body ruptures during extreme short-circuit arcs up to 100kA.
Controlled Quartz Sand Filling: Grain size distribution (0.1mm to 0.3mm) is strictly optimized and vibrated to maximum density to guarantee instant arc extinction and cooling within milliseconds.
