Validated Fire & Insulation Safety: Molded from heavy-duty UL94-V0 reinforced thermoplastic. In the event of an internal arc, the housing self-extinguishes within 10 seconds. It features a high Comparative Tracking Index (CTI >= 250V) to completely prevent tracking and flashovers under continuous 1000V DC stress.
Low Power Loss & Temperature Control: Utilizing T2 copper contacts with a >= 3-micron silver coating, the contact resistance is tightly controlled at <= 5 mOhms. This significantly minimizes internal power dissipation and heat build-up inside dense combiner boxes.
Ergonomic Maintenance: Features an integrated visual slot for optional LED blown-fuse indicators. The secure mechanical pull-out carrier design allows field technicians to perform safe, isolated fuse replacement without specialized tools.
